We start with a conversation to understand your business, your goals, and what you’d like your website to achieve.

This can be over the phone, a video call, or in person if you’re local, whatever works best for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out at this stage. Whether you have a clear idea or just a rough starting point, we can ask the right questions and help work out the best approach for you.

After our initial chat, we’ll map out your website structure to make sure all the pages and functionality you need are included.

Discussing the structure at this stage allows me to recommend the package that best fits your needs or provide a quote for a more bespoke design.

Whether this is a brand new website or a redesign of an existing one, we’ll look at what you already have and what could be added or improved. You may want optimised pages for all your services or additional functionality like a booking system or chatbot.

We’ll also discuss hosting at this stage, including whether you’d like us to manage this for you or if you already have your own setup.

After we’ve confirmed your website structure, we’ll put together recommendations based on what you need.

This will include whether your website fits within one of our packages, or if it requires additional pages, functionality, or external integrations. If any features require additional setup, paid plugins, or ongoing subscriptions, we’ll outline this clearly so you can decide what’s right for you.

You’ll receive a clear, written quote so you know exactly what’s included and can decide whether to move forward.

Once you have accepted the quote and are happy to proceed, we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your place in our schedule before work begins.

This allows us to dedicate time to your project and get everything moving.

To begin the project we’ll need some initial content from you such as logos, images, and any branding you already have.

If you don’t have written content ready, we can assist with copywriting as long as you can provide a basic outline and include any important details about your services.

Once everything is in place, we’ll begin designing your website.

We’ll start with your homepage and one key service or additional page. This helps set the overall look and feel of the site, and allows us to confirm you’re happy with the direction before moving forward.

From there, we’ll build out the rest of the website based on the agreed design.

Once the full website has been built, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything, refine the content and make sure everything looks and works as expected.

If anything additional is requested outside the original scope, we’ll be happy to discuss this.

This is where your website goes live. Once everything has been reviewed, approved, and the final payment has been received, we’ll take care of all the technical details to make sure your site is fully live and working as it should.

This includes setting up the on-page SEO and submitting your website to Google for indexing, so it can start being found by potential customers.

After your website is live, we can provide a tutorial if you’d like to manage and update your content yourself.

If you’d like additional support, whether it’s ongoing edits, further training, or help with third-party plugins, this is available and can be arranged at any time.
