uniWerks Design is a niche eCommerce brand with a 10-year-old WooCommerce store and 500+ products. The site was weighed down by database bloat, plugin conflicts, slow hosting, and unreliable emails — customers couldn’t always reset passwords or receive order confirmations. The brand also had a strong lifestyle presence on social media that wasn’t reflected on the site.
Work included:
- Migration from Bluehost to SiteGround for speed and reliability
- Rebuilt on a fresh WordPress install with the Avada theme
- Cleaned and optimised the WooCommerce database, centralised product attributes, and removed unnecessary plugins
- Configured SMTP email delivery so all order and account notifications send reliably
- Improved security and reduced fraudulent account attempts
- Integrated Instagram and YouTube feeds and linked other channels to showcase the client’s vehicle and travel lifestyle alongside the shop
